Reimagine What’s Possible After A Career in Education
Welcome to a unique, co-designed journey for women teachers, leaders and principals who are ready to shape a life that’s rich in meaning, growth, and connection—beyond the boundaries of their career in education.
Why This Program?
Stepping away from a lifelong career in education can be tough. Women told us that although it brings excitement, it also sparks uncertainty. Many women told us they seek more than “career advice” or just “retirement planning”—they want:
A next chapter that feels purposeful, alive with possibility, and not like an ending.
Guidance with identity, meaning, and using lifelong skills in new ways, including new job roles.
Support with facing the unknown, exploring new interests, and finding community.
Practical strategies to move from “What now?” to “This is what’s next for me.”
Your Next Chapter was built to deliver all this and more.
What Makes This Program Unique?
Designed by and for women educators: Every session reflects the real desires, questions, and hopes that you voiced.
Blends reflection & action: You won’t just talk about change, you’ll experience it—gently, safely, and at your own pace.
Community at its heart: Connect, share, and grow with women who “get it”—all in a warm, confidential space.
Expert facilitation: Guided by a skilled facilitator with experience supporting midlife transitions, so you’re never navigating alone.
Blended format: We combine the power of in-person connection with the accessibility of online workshops.
