New Program for Women Over Fifty

Navigating the Messy Middle

Start moving toward what’s next with clarity, confidence and real support.

Your life looks good on paper. But something doesn't feel quite right.

From the outside, everything seems fine.
Yet inside, the same question keeps returning:

What now?

You're not selfish.

You're allowed to want something more.

And you're certainly not too late.

You're in the messy middle: the uncertain space between the life that's no longer quite right and the one you're still finding your way towards.

Navigating the Messy Middle is a nine-session small group journey for women over fifty who are ready to stop circling the same questions and start treating this season as a gateway, not a crisis - moving toward what’s next with clarity, confidence and support.

Nine live sessions over three months

Founding cohort 12 - 15 women only

Starts 15 September 2026

$745 (founding rate)

Book a 20-minute conversation
A short, honest conversation to help us both decide whether this is the right fit for you.

You may be in the messy middle if…..

  • You have spent years meeting expectations; at work, at home, for others; capable, dependable, available.

  • Now, as life shifts, the children have grown up, work is changing, caring roles easing, and you feel a quiet pull: Something needs to change, but I’m not sure what or how.

  • You’re tired of being driven by obligation, expectations, and old habits.

  • You’ve tried thinking your way through it, but thinking harder hasn’t actually helped.

  • You know something needs to shift, even if you can’t yet name exactly what that is.

If that sounds familiar, you’re not broken. You’re in transition. This turning point isn’t a sign that you’ve done life wrong. It’s an invitation to live the next chapter more honestly, on your own terms.

Why this kind of stuckness feels so stubborn

The messy middle doesn’t respond particularly well to the tools that may have served you for decades. Thinking harder rarely brings clarity. Planning more doesn’t always create direction. Pushing yourself can simply make the fog feel thicker.

Because this isn’t just a problem to solve. It’s a transition already underway.

An old way of living, choosing or defining yourself is loosening its grip. Something new is beginning to form. But it often forms quietly, and not on command.

That’s why time alone doesn’t always fix it. Without support, structure and space to listen properly, the same question can quietly become another year.

This program is a warm, well-held container for that in-between season: a place to see this transition as fertile ground for growth and renewal, and to begin navigating it with more wisdom, not more pressure.

What you’ll have after nine sessions

Not a perfect five-year plan. Not a complete reinvention. And frankly, no one needs more pressure dressed up as personal growth.

Instead, you’ll leave with:

  • A clearer understanding of what’s really going on beneath the “what now?” feeling.

  • Language for the transition you’re in, so you stop treating it like a personal failure.

  • A simple Navigation Plan to help you make decisions with more steadiness and less second-guessing.

  • One grounded next step that you’ve already begun testing in real life.

  • More confidence around the choices, boundaries and conversations this next chapter may ask of you.

  • A little more ease with uncertainty and the ability to see “not knowing yet” as fertile, not frightening.

  • The support of a small, honest circle of women who have witnessed your process and reminded you that you’re not doing this alone.

What I Believe

Before we talk about the program, I want you to know the beliefs that inform it.

  • Life after fifty is a powerful season of growth, renewal, and new possibilities, a developmental chapter in its own right.

  • You deserve to live these years as regret‑light as possible, with choices you can stand by and feel proud of.

  • You don’t have to cut off parts of yourself to move forward. The most honest next chapter is the one where you bring your whole self with you.

  • Change rarely comes from one big brave leap. It comes from small, steady, courageous steps that, over time, quietly change your life.

  • Being guided by your values, not fear, guilt, or “shoulds”, is what allows you to create a life that feels like yours.

  • Possibility doesn’t expire. Your experience, wisdom, and curiosity are assets in writing this next chapter on your own terms.

  • You don’t have to do this alone. Honest connection with women on a similar path makes everything richer, braver, and more sustainable.

How the program works

This is a nine-session small group journey spread across roughly three months.

You’ll meet weekly for eight sessions, then come back together for a final follow-up session a few weeks later. That last session matters. It gives you space to reflect on what has shifted, what held, what wobbled, and what your next step now looks like in real life.

Each session builds on the last. Every conversation is warmly facilitated and deeply participatory: you reflect, you contribute, you choose.

Across the journey, you build your personal Navigation Plan, so by the end you are not simply clearer. You are already in motion.

The Nine Sessions

The Nine Sessions

Session 1 | Name the Messy Middle
Recognise where you are and why this time feels so disorienting. Begin with language, context and the relief of not having to explain everything from scratch.

Session 2 | The Question Under the Question
Move beneath the surface “what now?” and listen for what is really asking for your attention.

Session 3 | Roles, Rules and Old Rulebooks
Notice the expectations, identities and old agreements that have shaped your choices — and which ones no longer fit.

Session 4 | What’s Mine Now?
Clarify your values, desires and non-negotiables. Pay attention to where your energy lifts, where curiosity returns, and what wants more room.

Session 5 | Low-Risk Experiments
Design a small, manageable real-life experiment that helps you test what fits — without redesigning your whole life by Tuesday.

Session 6 | The Discomfort Is Data
Work with the discomfort, doubt, guilt or uncertainty that often shows up once movement begins. Learn how to read the wobble without making it mean “wrong.”

Session 7 | Belonging and Brave Conversations
Explore boundaries, voice and the conversations — at home, at work, and with yourself — that will help carry this next chapter forward.

Session 8 | Direction, Not Destination
Bring the threads together, complete your Navigation Plan, and commit to one grounded next step with the support of the group behind you.

Session 9 | Living Your Navigation Plan
A few weeks later, you’ll come back together to reflect on what has shifted, revisit your Navigation Plan, and refine your next step based on what you have learned in real life.

Why the Life on Your Terms Program is Different?

Life on Your Terms is a transformative program for women in their 50s and 60s who are ready to move beyond old scripts and explore what’s truly possible.

  • No reinvention required: You’re not starting over. You’re steering with intention.

  • Navigation Plan: You will leave with a tangible, personal roadmap for the next 12–18 months — including your ‘Personal Terms’, priorities, boundaries, and actionable experiments.

  • Discussion-led & reflective: Each week we explore a theme, share insights, and lightly reflect — building toward your plan without overwhelm or homework pressure.

  • Accountability & support: 4 - 6 weeks after the program ends, you’ll be invited to a one-on-one coaching session to check in.

What You Will Explore

Over six weeks, you will be guided through:

  1. RESET – Notice the scripts, rules, and roles shaping your life. Question what no longer serves you.

  2. RECLAIM – Reconnect with your identity, strengths, and the woman you are now.

  3. REIGNITE – Identify what energises you and what drains you; reconnect with curiosity and desire.

  4. REDEFINE – Rethink success, contribution, and enoughness on your own terms.

  5. RECONNECT – Strengthen boundaries, voice, and relationships.

  6. RE-IMAGINE – Integrate insights into your Navigation Plan: your Personal Terms, energy focus, releases, conversations, and one small experiment.

Your Navigation Plan

Throughout the program, you’ll craft a simple, tangible 1–2 page Navigation Plan that grows organically each week.

It includes:

  • Personal Terms: Three guiding principles for how you want to live this next chapter.

  • Heading: A directional statement for the next 12–18 months—your “working title” for what’s ahead.

  • Energy Allocation: Where you will intentionally place your time, care, and attention.

  • Releases: The expectations, roles, or habits you’re choosing to loosen or let go of.

  • Conversations: The important discussions—at work, at home, with yourself—that will support this shift.

  • One Small Experiment: A manageable, aligned action you will try to turn insight into movement.

By the end, you’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of self‑authorship—not just ideas, but a living document you can keep refining.

How We Will Work Together

Each week has a clear, gentle rhythm:

  • A simple activity to arrive, settle, and focus.

  • A guided group conversation with a few thoughtful questions.

  • Space to listen to other women’s stories and see your own more clearly.

  • A short reflection to help you capture insights and update your Navigation Plan.

As your facilitator, I assume the wisdom is already in the room. You’ll be invited to reflect, share, and choose what feels true for you, with me guiding the conversation and holding a warm, respectful space.

Four to six weeks after the program, we’ll have a 1:1 coaching session to see how you’re going.

We’ll check in on your Navigation Plan, notice what’s shifted, and refine your next small steps so you can keep moving in a way that feels true to you.
