‘Flourish After Fifty Circle’

Your monthly date with yourself – and a circle of like‑minded women – to nourish your heart and feed your mind.

What the Circle is

The Flourish After Fifty Circle is an online discussion group that blends the best of a podcast club and a book club. It’s for women over fifty who want to explore big ideas, meaningful stories and real‑life transitions together.

Each month, we gather on Zoom to:

  • Discuss a new episode of the Flourish After Fifty podcast or a carefully chosen book about women, transition and flourishing as we age.

  • Share perspectives and lived experience in conversation.

  • Explore what it takes to be, become and belong in midlife and beyond.

You don’t have to speak if you don’t want to; listening deeply is part of the magic.

Who the Circle is for

If you’re a woman over fifty and you’re asking “What do I want for myself now? Is there something more, beyond work and family?”, the Circle is for you.

You’ll feel at home here if you want to:

  • Carve out regular time just for you, away from everyone else’s to‑do lists.

  • Talk about podcast episodes and books that speak to this stage of life – not just your younger years.

  • Be part of a supportive community where it’s safe to be honest, thoughtful and a little bit brave.

Your monthly date with yourself

Think of the Circle as a standing date with yourself – and with women who “get it”.

  • Time: 7.00–8.30 pm (Melbourne time)

  • Day: Second Thursday of each month

  • Format: Online (join from wherever you are, in comfy clothes, cup of tea in hand)

These gatherings offer:

  • A structure for your reading and reflection on navigating this life phase.

  • Nourishment for your intellect. Engage with big ideas, without pressure.

  • Perspectives that challenge and expand your own.

  • Connections with other women who love ideas.

Ready to say yes to your next chapter?

What you receive

Across a 12-month period, Circle members receive:

  • Monthly live 90‑minute online gatherings (1.5 hours).

  • Guided questions for each podcast or book so you’re never stuck on what to say.

  • A supportive, facilitated space where everyone has room to contribute.

You’ll bring your own copy of the books (physical, ebook or audio) and access to the podcast episodes.

Investment

Your place in the Flourish After Fifty Circle is:

  • Price: $25 per month

  • Payment: Automatic monthly payments, cancel anytime.

This works out to $25 per 90‑minute gathering – less than dinner out, and far more nourishing for your future self.
