Clarity and Confidence in Life After Fifty

Are You Ready to Begin Your Journey Toward a Fulfilling Life?

Do you want to redefine your possibilities? Are you facing big changes in your career, adjusting to an empty nest, dealing with physical and health changes, or navigating shifts in relationships? Big changes can be hard to navigate on your terms when you’re not sure what you want.

Many women feel disconnected from their sense of purpose and experience a loss of identity as their lives change. This workshop addresses these issues by helping you start on the journey to creating a life that aligns with your true values and passions.

What we will cover:

  • Know Yourself Better: Learn about a framework to help you know what matters to you.

  • Align Your Decisions: Learn a structured approach to guide your decisions and align your life with your values and desires.

  • Assess Priorities: Identify areas of your life that need re-alignment

  • Take the First Step: Identify a practical first step to move towards a life that reflects your true self and passions.

This workshop provides the foundation and tools necessary for women to take the first steps toward living more on their terms as they navigate and thrive in their life transitions, fostering empowerment and fulfilment.

Your facilitator: Sue West

Sue supports women in their 50s, 60s and 70s to navigate career and life transitions and to celebrate who they are at this life stage. She believes all women deserve to live an empowered life, rich in meaning and satisfaction. In her own life, this belief led Sue to make a BOLD DECISION at 57. After 30+ years she left her policy and executive career when she found herself longing for a more meaningful and satisfying life. By listening deeply to herself and summoning the courage to follow her dreams Sue launched Flourish After Fifty where she offers coaching, group programs and workshops. She enjoys writing about the experiences of women over 50 to inspire others and to challenge the stereotypes we all carry around in our heads.
