Is this really it?
When the life you’ve built no longer quite fits, but you’re not sure what comes next, this free workshop will help you make sense of the in-between.
Monday 7 September · 12.00–1.00 pm AEST
Tuesday 8 September · 6.30–7.30 pm AEST
In One Hour You’ll Leave With:
Language for what is happening, so you can stop wondering why life feels unsettled even when, on paper, it looks fine.
A practical, kinder way to approach “what’s next”, without needing to have your whole future mapped out.
One small experiment to try, so you can begin exploring possibility rather than waiting for certainty.
A clearer sense of your next step, even if it is small, gentle and still a little bit messy.
This workshop is for you if…
Your life looks fine from the outside, but something inside you is asking for more.
You feel restless, stuck or quietly dissatisfied, without necessarily wanting to blow everything up.
What once fitted no longer quite does, but what comes next is still fuzzy.
You want thoughtful, practical support, not another instruction to “follow your passion” or “just be more confident.”
You do not need to know what you want next. That is precisely why you are welcome.
Bring a cuppa, a notebook and your curiosity.

The messy middle is that uncomfortable space between what has been and what is still emerging.
The work, roles, routines or expectations that once made sense may no longer fit in the same way but you may not yet know what you want instead.
It can leave you feeling stuck, restless or dissatisfied.
You may find yourself thinking, “Surely there is more than this,” while having absolutely no desire to blow up your whole life in pursuit of an answer.
This is not a problem to fix or rush through. It is a place to pause, pay attention and begin exploring what matters now.
What is the Messy Middle?
At the end of the workshop, I’ll briefly share an invitation to join the September round of Flourishing in the Messy Middle, my small-group program for women who want more structured support.
Register for the workshop: receive a private 48-hour invitation to join for $670 — a $75 saving on the $745 founding-member price.
Attend live: receive the Messy Middle Possibility Map, a reflection tool to help you turn workshop insights into possible next steps.
There is no obligation to join the program. The workshop will be useful in its own right.
